To successfully register accounts and manage your logistics workflows, we collect and store the following private identification parameters:
- Full Name and Physical Address
- Email Address and Telephone Number
- Jamaican Tax Registration Number (TRN)
2. Data Architecture & Storage Security
Your profile information is housed within a secure database managed through Laravel and hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
Digital transport invoices and storage configurations are hosted within fully isolated, private object buckets. All asset reads require cryptographically signed 15-minute verification payloads to execute views safely.
3. Required Third-Party Data Sharing
We protect your privacy, but certain data mappings are legally required to execute logistics routines:
- Jamaican Customs: We share your TRN, full name, and email address with Jamaican Customs officials to authorize clear customs manifest compliance.
- Law Enforcement: If restricted items, contraband, or prohibited goods are discovered on your account, all private information (including address and phone records) will be turned over to law enforcement investigation teams immediately.
4. AWS Infrastructure Liability Limitation
While we mandate strict application-level parameters to lock down user data, in the event of an infrastructure-level data breach on Amazon Web Services (AWS), our platform cannot be held legally or financially responsible. These back-end cloud ecosystems are completely outside of our technical control.
5. Automated Logs
Session behaviors are logged dynamically to keep background operations running cleanly across our framework clusters.
